Shrimp Tacos and White Queso

Saturday night shrimp tacos!!

There's Fuzzy's tacos then there's the soon-to-be Campbell's tacos. We love going to Fuzzy's for shrimp tacos but after a busy week we wanted to make taco's at A's apartment and watch a movie!

Alyssa began by coating the shrimp with egg whites, flour, cornmeal and S&P

She then fried the shrimp in a large skillet with half vegetable and half extra virgin olive oil

While Alyssa fried the shrimp I began cutting the fresh ingredients for the pico and queso

Ingredients included:
2 whole Roma tomatoes
1 jalapeño
1/2 a cup of chopped white onion
2 tablespoons of cilantro

Ingredients included:
2 tablespoons of cilantro
1/3 cup of chopped white onions
1 jalapeño
5 slices of white American cheddar

For flavor enhancing purposes we used Alouette Feta Crumbles, fresh sliced avocados, and fresh shredded lettuce

The finished taco was so amazing!

Here is an up close look at the soon-to-be Campbell's taco

Out of the many meals we have cooked together this was probably the most fun and more appetizing dish we have eaten! For any questions on how these tacos were made or any comments on what you see we, would love to hear from you, so leave comments!!
